Happy day cupcakes! Christmas had just passed and I believe we are looking forward to a better year in another few days. Every year, fellas will ask you: "What's your New Year resolution?" Resolution seems is a must and regardless how many of you are actually making your decision referring to it (neither I), this is a personal reference and you hold on to it hoping you can have a better year compared to last year's.

I don't really care making a New Year resolution as I don't make choices according it. Why bother making resolutions if it's not bringing you any further but yourself? My suggestion is don't bury your head in making one, just think about your New Year possibilities. Think what possible could happens in the next few months and what's best for you.

So alright. I am not a Christian but to be honest, Christmas always be my favorite festival came after Chinese New Year.  I had an awesome Christmas this year, last year I've spent this holy day with a big group of friends and strangers in Drummer Bee's house. To celebrate this awesome and peaceful day, it's preferable to spend my time with the loved one thus we threw a private party.

Honestly, I don't take the efforts about throwing a birthday bash for myself. All my parties were hosted either by my parents or the boyfriend. Correct me if I am wrong. I think the possibilities of receiving presents on your Birthday without hosting a gathering or party is merely zero. Agree?

Every Christmas, the boyfriend will prepare a gift for me. We have this small game to guess what's under the wrapping paper. He named me as the "Super Surprise Breaker". I always able to guess it correctly I guess I was a fortune teller in my previous year or I am simply can read his mind.

For this year, I lost my creditability as the fortune teller surprise breaker. I tried to shake the wrapped box and feel it entirely but I still not able to guess what was inside. It caught my attention the whole day until the moment I unwrapped the gift, I was overjoyed!

It was so unpredictable and surprising! I mentioned about it for once during a random conversation on a random day while he was driving. It's a fashionable toy and many had gone crazy for it even before I noticed about its existence.

It's time to reveal. Hint : To Hold, Point and Shoot. Be fast.

It's a Diana F+ Lomography-Camera!

-
An eye-catching designated camera.

Special design and noticeably simplicity.

The retro flash.

It uses a 120 film. The boyfriend gave me 3 rolls of 120 color film of 100 ISO. The first square picture was taken on Christmas Day. It's uneasy, I am still digesting the manual book and all those youtube.com videos. It may make it easier for all the beginners by visiting to their website Lomography.

They have this 10 Golden Rules and it advisable to obey it when handling your Lomography Camera.

1. Take your camera everywhere you go.
2. Use it any time - day and night.
3. Lomography is not an interference in your life, but part if it.
4. Try the shot from the hip.
5. Approach the objects of your Lomography desire as close as possible.
6. Don't think. (William Firebrace)
7. Be fast.
8. You don't have to know beforehand what you captured on film.
9. Afterwards either.
10. Don't worry about rules.

I'm happy with my Christmas gift. How about you? :D
